This page explains what data Rivera Growth Solutions ("we") collects on growwithrivera.com, how we use it and what you can ask us to do.
What we collect
- What you enter in the diagnostic form: name, business name, phone or WhatsApp, email (optional), city or ZIP, type of business and your answers about your website, Google Ads, budget and timing.
- Where your visit came from: the page you landed on, the referring page, the language and, if you came from an ad, the campaign parameters (for example utm_source, utm_campaign or gclid). They tell us which search or ad produced your request.
- Spam protection: a hashed version of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare your diagnostic.
- To contact you the way you authorized.
- To measure which searches, ads and buttons generate requests, so we can improve.
We don’t sell your data.
Tracking and cookies
The site stores in your browser, using local storage, which campaign you first and last came from. It doesn’t use that to identify you.
If we turn on Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or Google Ads, those tools may use cookies. We only send them events with no personal data: which button was tapped, which form step you’re on and an anonymous request number. We never send your name, phone, email, business name or anything you type. We’ll update this page when any of those tools is turned on.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and email providers, who process it so the site and messages work. No one else, unless the law requires it.
Text and WhatsApp messages
We only message you about your request if you authorized it in the form. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying "STOP" or telling us.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after your last contact, or less if you ask us to delete it.
